About Ivyview Lenders
Does Ivyview Lenders lend money?
No. Ivyview Lenders is a broker, not a lender. Ivyview Lenders connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms.
Why does the name say Lenders?
It is the business's name. The business itself is a broker: it does not lend money, approve applications or set pricing.
Where is the office?
623 S Pitt St #24, Greenville, NC 27834. Phone (252) 318-3595. Contact details include a map link.
Which lending partners do you work with?
Partners vary by funding type. Any offer comes from, and any contract is with, the partner itself, so you will know who it is before you agree to anything.
Do you work only with Greenville businesses?
No. We work with businesses across Pitt County. Communities we serve are listed together.
Choosing funding
What is the difference between a loan and a merchant cash advance?
A loan is borrowed money repaid with interest on a schedule. A merchant cash advance is not a loan: a funder buys part of your future receipts and collects it from sales or by fixed debits. How merchant cash advances work.
How do I know which option fits?
Start with what the money pays for and how it comes back. The funding options comparison lines up all six by repayment and typical use.
Can I use business funding to pay myself?
Business funding is for business purposes, and partners set rules on how funds may be used. Wages paid through payroll are a normal business cost; personal spending usually is not. Ask the partner how proceeds may be used.
Can an LLC get business funding?
Yes. LLCs are a common type of applicant. Partners usually review the LLC's records and often the owners' credit. Make sure the LLC is registered with the NC Secretary of State.
Can I use a personal loan for my business?
That is a question for a consumer lender. Ivyview Lenders works only on business funding and does not arrange personal, payday or auto title loans.
Do you arrange SBA loans?
No. Ivyview Lenders is not an SBA lender. Our guide to eastern North Carolina funding resources covers SBA programs and other public routes.
Applying
What does the request form ask for?
Contact details, company name, time in business, annual revenue and the amount you are looking for. It does not ask for your Social Security number or bank account numbers.
Will sending a request affect my credit?
Sending the form does not involve a credit check by Ivyview Lenders. If a partner checks credit during its review, it should tell you what kind of inquiry it makes before you authorize it.
Does sending a request mean I will be approved?
No. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each partner applies its own criteria and may decline.
How do I withdraw or change my request?
Call (252) 318-3595. If a partner is already reviewing it, tell the partner as well.
How do I stop text messages?
Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. See the SMS terms.
