What you tell us
On the request form you give us your name, how to reach you (phone and email), the company name, how long it has operated, its yearly revenue and the amount sought, plus your response to the consent wording. Calls, texts and visits add whatever you decide to tell us.
What is collected automatically
Any website visit hands our hosting and service providers routine technical data: the IP address and browser you used, which pages loaded, and the time. Cookies beyond the strictly necessary ones wait for your yes in the cookie banner.
What partners tell us
Once a partner has your request, it may update us on where things stand.
The request form is run by a third party
The form on this site is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform. Information you enter goes to and is stored by that provider for us, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
- working on your request and discussing which funding fits;
- passing the request to lending partners for their review;
- reaching you by phone, email or text within the consent you gave and the SMS terms;
- to run, secure and improve the website;
- to meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
Who receives information
Lending partners
Acting on a request means handing its details to partners that offer the kind of funding involved. Each partner uses them for its own review, may call or write to you itself, and follows its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Companies that run our form, hosting, phone and messaging may process information for us.
Legal reasons
Information may be released where a law, subpoena or court order demands it, or where safety or our legal rights are at stake.
If the business changes hands
Should Ivyview Lenders merge, be sold or reorganize, the information could pass to the new owner along with the rest of the business.
Cookies and your choice
Your first visit brings up a banner asking what you allow. Cookies the site cannot work without are always on.
